Penny's Santa Hat ... Almost

Yes, once again, I've managed to come only a few rows away to completing a project.  Ugggghhhhh.  I guess Jimmy Beans Wool will be getting another order from me.  Hopefully, I will get the color close - if not the same - as what I used in the knit.
